One of the most prestigious galleries in Cadaques. Founded by the Uruguayan artist Ignacio Iturria, the gallery exhibits the work of artists from around the world.

Mauricio Sbarbaro, a Uruguayan painter and sculptor whose elegant, simple and abstract work teaches us that often 'less is more'. His gallery on Calle Unió is open most of the year.

CBlanco Mora Art

What was once a beautiful clothing store is since 2021 an art space that supports young artists, both national and foreign.

DSala D'Art Maria Ekengren

This new gallery shows the abstract paintings of the veteran Auatrian artist, Norbert Danny Rauch and the wonderfully-detailed illustrations of his son, Lorenz Ekengren.

EJose Luis Scaffo, pintor Cadaqués

Uruguayan painter who has resided in Cadaques for many years. Scaffo's paintings depict the relationship between Cadaques and the Mediterranean sea. Exhibits every year in the Galeria Iturria.

FRamon Moscardo

An absolute institution not just in Cadaques but in Catalonia as a whole. Ramon's bright, sunny paintings are pure Mediterranean and show the village in its summer splendor.

GAmistat

The Societat l’Amistat is the most important cultural organisation in Cadaques.  Its rooms above the Casino bar, on the seafront, host temporary exhibitions almost all year round. Entrance is usually free.

KSanta Rita

A fun, informal gallery run by Valeria and Laia. Art, photography and creativity at prices for everyone. The gallery is located in the calle Call, perhaps the prettiest street in the old town. 

LAtelier Natalia Tomas

Catalan sculptress best known for her stylised figures of female swimmers. We also like her cute, ceramic cottages. In summer Natalia's small gallery normally plays host to temporary exhibitions showcasing the work of other local artists.

MGallardo

Mercedes Gallardo's paintings and collages are a colourful homage to both Cadaques and its more exuberant female residents.

NEl taller de Tabakov

Workshop on the water's edge that shows the work of the French artist, Elodie Loiseleur and her partner, the well-known Catalan illustrator Javi Aznarez.

QGaleria Cadaques

One of the oldest and most well-known of all the art galleries in town. Galeria Cadaqués is run by Huc Malla, art historian by trade and Cadaquesenc by birth. Artists of the calibre of Richard Hamilton have exhibited here over the years.

RBernd Block

German sculptor who works in a range of metals. A long-time resident of Cadaqués, his studio is located on the village's main street.

SEspai Dos

Art gallery run by the same owners as the Galeria Cadaques. The gallery tends to open just for the main summer season: June, July and August.

TAlicia Cayuela

Colourful, eccentric Catalan/American potter producing equally colourful and idiosyncratic ceramics.

UMiniprint

The Fort gallery is best known for the annual Mini Print competition and exhibition, featuring hundreds of tiny one-off prints, drawings and paintings from artists all round the world.

VGaleria Patrick J Domken

An absolute institution in the village, Patrick Domken cheerfully welcomes strangers and locals alike to his gallery in Es Poal.  Artistically, the gallery is best known for its annual exhibitions of the Japanese painter, Koyama. 

WPatricia Sicardi

Originally from Buenos Aires in Argentina, Patricia has been living and working in Cadaques for more years than she cares to remember. Her colourful abstract work can be viewed in her studio/gallery just outside village.
