Cadaques has more than 100 bars and restaurants. Not bad for a village of fewer than 3000 inhabitants! In our directory, below, you'll find the contact details of most of the main establishments. From tiny caverns hidden away in the old town to innovative cocktail bars and sophisticated harbour-side restaurants, Cadaques has something for most tastes and budgets. As you'd expect, many of the restaurants, offer menus with a big emphasis on Mediterranean dishes and seafood. However, many of the newer chefs take a completely different approach. So we have restaurants serving up innovative pastas, while others concentrate on fusion dishes or specialities from their respective countries. This grand variety of styles is also reflected in the nightlife, though live music and a mix of both ages and nationalities are common themes shared by most of the village's watering holes.
